No, we find that many of our customers are away from home when we arrive to clean. Everything we need to do the job right is brought with us, so as long as we can gain access to every spot we need, you don’t need to be home.
Typically, yes. We’ll tend to let you know after we clean when to expect us next. However, this is subject to change when things like bank holidays or other life events get in the way. We’ll always let you know if there are any changes you need to know about.
Yes, we’re more than happy to complete a one-off window clean. However, these are more expensive than weekly cleans as the process will involve deeper cleaning, as well as our weekly clients receiving a discounted price.
Unfortunately not. The equipment we use is specially designed for outside use, and is not suitable to be brought through your home. We may be able to enter through your garage, but you may be required to understand the potential for water to be left on the floor and accept responsibility for damages.
Yes, we are available to clean your windows all-year round and in all weather. As we use pure water, this won't affect the standard of cleaning. The only time our services are affected is in torrential rain and below-zero temperatures.
Our regular window cleans are paid via monthly direct debits. One-off cleans can be paid for via GoCardless or cash on the day. All payments are required to be paid within seven days of the clean.
Payments made via GoCardless only come out of the bank 5-7 days after the clean is complete, rather than a monthly fee.

Yes, we are able to show you a copy of our existing insurance certificate upon request.
At Farrell’s Reach and Wash, we will always let you know in advance when we’re coming, and will remind you beforehand to leave your gate open. If we’re unable to gain access to your property on the day of the scheduled clean despite this prior notice, we will still need to charge the full price of the service.
Here at Farrell’s Reach and Wash, we send our customers appointment reminders, so they know exactly when we’re coming. If you receive an appointment reminder, and believe it will clash with any work you’re currently having done on the property, please let us know as soon as possible, as this may impact the team on being able to do their job properly. If we turn up to the job and we’re unable to work or can only do half of the job, you will be liable to pay the full price of the service.
If you decide you’ll need to cancel with no prior warning when our team turns up at your property, you’ll be required to pay 50% of the booking fee (or go ahead with your scheduled appointment).

We can offer one-off cleans, or arrange a regular schedule – whatever works best for you. We’re also completely flexible; so, if you decide to skip a day or take a raincheck, just give us a call, and we’ll rearrange for a time that’s more suitable.
